On January 17, 2022, the signing and awarding ceremony of the internship training base of Hubei Normal University was held in our school.

Wang Saiyu, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Hubei Normal University, Hu Yanjun, Director of Academic Affairs, Qin Haitao, Director of Teaching Quality Monitoring and Evaluation Center, Cui Yonghui, Director of Enrollment and Employment, Liu Yang, Deputy Director of the President's Office, and Gao Kaijun, Tian Yi, Mei Yongkang, Luo Tingjun and Zhang Jinyan, leaders of our school, attended the signing and awarding ceremony.

The ceremony was presided over by Gao Kaijun, chairman of the board of directors of our school. Chairman Gao extended a warm welcome to Wang Saiyu, vice president of Hubei Normal University and other leaders. He said that he would always adhere to the original mission of education, conscientiously do a good job in the training and guidance of interns, actively provide high-quality services for the lifelong development of young teachers, cultivate more excellent teachers who meet the requirements of the new era, and make due contributions to the development of education.

Subsequently, Chief Inspector Tian Yi introduced the development history, hardware construction, existing scale, management mode, school-running achievements, and development vision of Xingzhi School. Vice President Zhang Jinyan introduced the recruitment of teachers.

After the signing ceremony, Wang Saiyu, vice president of Hubei Normal University, made an important speech. First of all, she praised Xingzhi International School's first-class school conditions, rich campus culture, warm educational environment, fruitful school results and strong logistics support. Then, she introduced the historical evolution and development process of Hubei Normal University. Since its establishment 48 years ago, Hubei Normal University has sent more than 100,000 graduates to the society and cultivated tens of thousands of elite talents for all walks of life, especially on the education front. On behalf of Lake Normal University, President Wang thanked Xingzhi School for building an excellent internship platform and providing good practice opportunities for Lake Normal University students. It is hoped that this signing and awarding will be an opportunity for the two universities to carry out more in-depth exchanges and cooperation.

In the Sunflower Club, Mei Yongkang and Luo Tingjun, principals of the two primary and secondary schools, respectively introduced the training and guidance of interns and young teachers in our school. The two sides also conducted in-depth discussions and cordial exchanges on educational internships, teacher training, inter-school cooperation and other work, and reached consensus in many aspects.

The signing and listing of this internship and training base is a good connection between basic education and university teacher education, and an important measure for win-win cooperation and common development between schools and schools. It will provide a broader platform for teacher training, educational research and information exchange at Xingzhi International School, effectively promote the development of education and teaching, and also create a good internship environment for the students of Hubei Normal University, improve the practical work ability of graduates, and bring good social benefits.
